By empowering Charge Point Operators and offering consistent charging experiences for Electrical Vehicle owners, Monta is laying the groundwork for a scalable and sustainable EV infrastructure.


What we are looking for...

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Product amp; Engineering team at Monta and lead our newly established Product-Led Support amp; Operations squad and activities. The Squad is working with two main stakeholders in mind:

  1. Customer Support: Responsible for developing and maintaining software tools and systems that automate and streamline customer support processes. The goal is to improve the efficiency of our support operations by reducing response times, minimizing manual efforts, and enhancing the quality of support interactions through product-led initiatives.
  2. Partner Operations: Responsible for developing and maintaining software tools and systems that enable charge point operators to efficiently manage the life-cycle data of their charging sites. This includes commissioning, operations, and maintenance. We will also proactively inform and provide data about any incidents, outrages, or similar events that may affect the operation of these sites.

Your goal is to shift Monta to a proactive, push-driven, and customer-centric approach by building product offerings and add-ons that make the product the primary source of support for customers. This will help to efficiently scale, reduce response times, minimize manual efforts, and improve the quality of support amp; operation interactions.

Requirements

We're already a fan of you if...

  • You have strong analytical skills and experience working with data to drive fast and qualified product decisions and back them up and measure success e.g. via Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segments, or other product analytics tools.
  • You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with teams like engineering, design amp; UX, and customer support amp; success to develop and launch successful features and product add-ons.
  • You have a strong foundation in product management. This includes experience in product strategy, product development, and product launch preferably from working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with rapidly evolving priorities.
  • You have experience in developing and launching successful products, preferably in SaaS.
  • You have a flair for user experience and design, and it is advantageous that you can convert your ideas into high-level wireframes to effectively communicate your vision.
  • You are able to balance the needs of the user with the business objectives of the company and have the skills to develop and launch successful products that drive efficiency and growth.
