Who are you?
Are you a UK or Scandinavian based marketing professional looking for the opportunity to build knowledge and a stronger marketing skill set in a growing climate-tech SAAS company? Do you consider yourself a marketing generalist, who would like to work across brand, product, and partner focused campaigns? Then you’re just the person we’re looking for.
Together with our sales and Central marketing functions you will build campaigns that support awareness of Monta and drive marketing qualified leads. You will build relationships with existing partners and support an ongoing partner marketing strategy to maintain those relationships. You will also work closely together with marketing colleagues across Europe and execute locally relevant campaigns that resonate well with all our target audiences.
The role and tasks:
- Work with Powered by Monta partners to align on co-marketing activities that drive mutually beneficial sales.
- Support the UK and Nordic sales team and to promote key sales partners and generate content like case studies, blogs, and press releases.
- Support product launch campaigns ensuring alignment with brand strategy and support other regions with best practices and learnings.
- Support brand awareness campaigns by creating market specific content.
- Support Monta and partner presence at events/trade fairs and participate where needed.
Requirements
- You're a marketing professional with an interest in decarbonisation or electric vehicles. You don’t have to be an expert, but a passion to learn is a must.
- You are self-motivated, possess a positive team-player attitude and are not afraid to get your hands dirty.
- You can handle multiple projects and thrive in a very dynamic environment.
- You have excellent organizational skills and pay attention to detail.
- You communicate well with multiple stakeholders with different backgrounds and skill sets.
- You are a self-starter and a problem-solver who is dedicated and demonstrates creative and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Speaking and writing a Nordic language is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and analyze marketing campaign performance.
