We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Product amp; Engineering organization. This role will focus on our product area called Monta Hub, which serves as our main solution for our B2B users.

Monta Hub is a centralized command center that empowers solution providers like Norlys, Siemens, and Rolec to customize their operations based on their current and future business needs.

Our product strategy is centered around delivering automation, data transparency, security, and flexibility to meet the diverse requirements of our solution providers and stakeholders.

To achieve this, we prioritize technology that seamlessly transfers data between systems, proactively monitors operations, and provides insights for data-driven decision-making.

You will be joining and leading a squad dedicated to empowering a wide range of players in the EV space. Our goal is to achieve exponential growth and operational efficiency while providing an unparalleled charging experience to EV drivers. As we prepare to release version 2.0 of Monta Hub, your mission is to elevate our offerings and services to new heights. This involves expanding our product/market fit to new stakeholders in the enterprise segment and enhancing the experience for our existing users. Since Monta Hub serves as the central command center in our product suite, you will collaborate and coordinate with your peers on various cross-functional projects to achieve our desired business outcomes.

Requirements

• You have 5+ years of professional experience managing back-end heavy software products. You have a strong track record of success in products with a high bar for user experience and complexity.
• You have a deep empathy for customers and can incorporate user feedback into product development. You can balance user needs with business priorities and provide a rationale behind your decisions.
• You possess strong analytical skills, think strategically, and enjoy problem-solving. You know how to utilize data insights to make informed decisions, prioritize opportunities, and deliver outcomes.
• You demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and are comfortable navigating ambiguity. You ask the right questions and seek clarity and guidance when needed.
• You thrive in a hyper-growth environment with lots of changes, and your flexibility and creativity drive work forward.
• You have exceptional interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bonus: If you have experience in IoT, have managed multiple products simultaneously, or have previous experience in a setup where a squad is led by a Product Manager and an Engineering Manager.

As we are seeking an experienced product manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Communicate the Why: Define and communicate the reasoning behind our products and services based on business metrics. Keep stakeholders informed by clearly and effectively articulating your team's plans, roadmaps, deadlines, and strategy.
• Own Your "Company": Develop a strategy for your squad and products that aligns with our business goals. Create compelling business cases, advocate for your strategy, and present your vision to senior management. Master your market understanding, user insights, and key metrics to shape and prioritize your roadmap.
• Team Empowerment: Collaborate with the Engineering Manager for your squad to inspire a cross-functional team of Designers and Engineers. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and shared ownership. Effectively collaborate with Research and Data teams.
• Championing Discovery: Work closely with your team to implement effective product discovery techniques and methodologies. Utilize data insights to inform product decisions, continuously iterate on ideas, and efficiently bring innovative features and services to market.
