The role
We are looking for an IT Student Worker currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s IT education degree, to become part of our IT team in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Through this role, you will provide assistance and support to the IT team and you will be tasked with resolving technical issues for our users, including troubleshooting both hardware and software problems. Support will be offered to our users through our helpdesk system and on-site, ranging from assisting with specific applications to repairing their IT equipment. In addition, you will also play significant role in various IT projects, including tasks such as implementing new services or systems and configuring specialized solutions for our development teams.
We aim to have you present on-site in our office in Frederiksberg, for two days a week on average. That said, we deeply respect your dedication to your studies and we offer flexibility in your working hours to accommodate your academic needs.
What you’ll do
- Deploy and sett up new workstations and laptops
- Provide IT support both to on-site and remote end-users
- Offer general PC support, troubleshooting, and assistance
- Support both Mac and Windows operating systems, along with device management
- Assist in the installation of IT equipment, including cabling, networks, servers, Wi-Fi access, video conferencing, wireless presentation systems, and follow-me printing
- Handle account creation and management
- Complete various ad-hoc assignments, ranging from IT support tasks to active participation in IT development processes

- A candidate currently pursuing relevant IT education (Bachelor's or Master's degree) in fields such as Computer Science or Software Development
- Technically adept individual, unafraid to explore emerging technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure related products
- Ability in managing effectively multiple tasks
- Goal-driven and solution-oriented mindset
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability in stakeholder management and relationship building
- High technical fluency both in English and Danish
