The team
Joining our marketing team you will be supporting Billy and Salary and report to our Danish Head of Marketing. Your colleagues will be highly skilled marketing specialists, who all share a passion for driving and improving our lead-focused digital marketing efforts.
Specifically, you’ll:
- Develop and implement targeted upsell campaigns and strategies.
- Identify upsell opportunities within our existing customer base.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to align efforts and achieve upsell goals.
- Analyze customer data and behaviour to identify trends and insights.
- Create compelling upsell offers and messaging.
- Monitor and report on the performance of upsell initiatives.
- Continuously optimize upsell processes and strategies based on performance metrics.
We would like you to have:
- Experience with Upodi and Iterable.
- Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on upselling or retention strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using tools for data analysis.
- A minimum of 2-3 years experience within the field.
- Knowledge of industry-specific upsell tactics and trends.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Native or bilingual proficiency in written and spoken Danish
- Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English
