Established in Copenhagen, Denmark in 2015, Dixa was founded on the principle that there must be a better way to do customer service, one that gives customers fast, accurate answers, from any customer service channel, as well as empower agents to have meaningful conversations rather than just solve tickets for the business. In February of 2021, the company acquired the Australian knowledge platform startup, Elevio. In March 2022 we acquired analytics leader Miuros, and automation pioneer Solvemate to further boost our product offering in this space.
Dixa has expanded globally within the first years since launch and now has 150+ employees in offices across Copenhagen, London, Chicago, and Melbourne. The company has raised more than $155 million in funding to date with backing from Notion Capital, Project A Ventures, SEED Capital and in mid 2021 completed a Series C funding led by US-based General Atlantic.
About the role
As Sales Enablement Manager at Dixa, your role will be pivotal to driving best-of-breed enablement programmes across the GTM organization at Dixa. You will be a key contributor and driver on the day-to-day development of revenue teams. The role will be a core piece to the success of our commercial organization and will execute tactical project deliverables to ensure we reach our strategic goals.What you’ll be doing
  • Establish and run all Sales Enablement programmes across the Go To Market Department
  • Develop and train all customer-facing roles - You'll support development programmes for team members to ensure successful onboarding and continuing education of the team. You'll also coach the team to elevate individual and team performance
  • Establish a strong collaborative partnership between the Presales, Sales and Post-Sales teams
  • Coordinate educational content for ongoing training
  • Evaluate metrics and impact: track sales enablement metrics and KPIs and demonstrate the business impact of the enablement efforts
About you
  • You are passionate about and have around 2 years of experience running Enablement programmes or coaching teams
  • You have excellent communication skills, people skills, and stakeholder management skills
  • You are not afraid to take ownership
  • Preferred experience working in startups or scaleups
  • Preferred experience with MEDDICC or similar frameworks
