The Job
We are looking for an ambitious student assistant for our Finance and Service Team.
You should preferably be enrolled in a master programme. You are an ideal candidate for this role if you are a social, outgoing and people-oriented Tech ninja, who has a great deal of concrete knowledge in IT. Ideally you will be someone with experience from delivering outstanding service as this role will be placed as part of the Finance amp; Service Team to level up our internal service to our colleagues but also supporting with being the go-to tech person while sitting in the hub and contributing to the energetic and welcoming work environment we all love and appreciate. On top of this, you’re a team player generally up for new challenges and taking on responsibilities at an early stage.
What You'll Be Doing
Most of the time, you will be working with:
- Administration of, and support for general internal software tools
- Training on, support and management of MacBooks and iPhones for all colleagues
- Security training and policy enforcement
- Management of mobile subscriptions of the company
- Procurement and maintenance of IT equipment in the office
- Technical support during company-wide hybrid events
- Being the helping hand for colleagues and helping the service team around the hub
- Other ad hoc tasks.
Requirements
- Preferably enrolled in a master’s degree with 1-2 years left
- Social and service-minded.
- Get things done without forgetting the little details.
- Are capable of structuring your area of responsibility and thrive in a self-managed job
- Able to keep a cool head under pressure.
- Reliable and trustworthy.
- Savvy IT user who easily picks up new systems.
- Proven Google Sheets skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team-player, efficient, structured, and solution-oriented working across departments.
- Must be fluent in English.
