We are looking for a talented Product Manager to join our Financial Service team in Product amp; Engineering team in Copenhagen.As aProduct Manager at Monta, you will play a vital role in our financial service team. Your responsibilities will include aligning of priorities with various stakeholders and driving product adoption and growth within financial services, including understanding the needs of our customers and translating those needs into product requirements.
Your goal is to build product offerings for the four main areas within the financial service team of Payment solution, wallet, billing, and our pricing engine. Monta is already a leading player within the financial service offering landscape but like our charging experience we want our customers to have a next-level payment experience. You will be part of your own full-stack squad, able to deliver end-to-end solutions and implementations in our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineering, design, marketing and growth, and customer success, to execute your product roadmap.

Requirements
- You have strong analytical skills and experience working with data to drive fast and qualified product decisions and back them up and measure success.
- You have strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with teams like engineering, design, and customer success to develop and launch successful features and product add-ons.
- You have a good foundation in product management. This includes experience with working agile/scrum, product development, and used to taking new product features from concept to Go-To-Market.
- While having domain experience within the financial service space is a great plus, it’s not a hard requirement.
- You have a flair for user experience and design, and it is advantageous that you can convert your ideas into high-level wireframes to effectively communicate your vision.
- You are able to balance the needs of the user with the business objectives of the company and have the skills to develop and launch successful products that drive growth.
