Learning amp; Development Partner

Embark on an exciting journey as a Learning and Development Partner! If you're fuelled by the passion to shape learning cultures and drive organisational growth, then this role in the Novo Nordisk Foundation (NNF) might be for you.

As a Lamp;D Partner, you'll be at the forefront of crafting the Learning and Development (Lamp;D) strategy, planning future initiatives, and collaborating with the Senior Lead of Leadership amp; Development. Dive into exciting 2024 projects, including redesigning a holistic blended (digital) learning suite and establishing virtual learning excellence. Your innovative spirit will shine as you develop our new onboarding processes and help drive NNF-specific project management courses.

The job

As Learning amp; Development Partner, you will have a broad area of responsibility within building learning and development offerings for our people hat support the growth of the Novo Nordisk Foundation’s employees This includes support in building the NNF Lamp;D strategy, plan and budget framework fit for future together with Senior lead of leadership amp; development.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Design, facilitate, train, and execute on selected inhouse trainings, programs and offerings.
  • Evaluate the efficiency and impact of training initiatives, making data-driven improvements.
  • Ensure strong internal and ongoing communication around NNF learning offerings and people development opportunities.
  • Select and implement suitable training methods, tools, and digital learning platforms.
  • Build strong relationships with external training providers and educational institutions.
  • Manage the training budget, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality programs.
  • Manage and build NNF’s preferred external vendor associates’ network, contract negotiations.

You will report to the Pamp;O Senior Lead who will head up the Pamp;O Development Team.

Professional and Personal Qualifications

We are looking for a person with five or more years of dedicated experience in Learning and Development, that can bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. Your seasoned background positions you as an expert in crafting and implementing transformative Lamp;D initiatives. Furthermore, we imagine that you have:

  • A master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated strong organisational skills, showcasing the ability to manage multiple training projects concurrently.
  • Proven ability to allocate and manage training budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal resource utilisation.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other training technologies.
  • Proficient in designing and implementing assessment tools to measure training effectiveness.
  • Proven experience in program design, facilitation, and training of multiple participants.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills to mobilise the organisation.
