Management Assistant in CFO Area
Are you driven by creating structure and providing high level service and support to a leadership team? We are looking for a proactive and forward-thinking Management Assistant to support 5 area heads in report to our CFO in the newly established CFO area.
The CFO area is responsible for the foundation’s financial procedures and regulations, for ESG and impact reporting, as well as for IT operations and digital development.
The job
As Management Assistant, you will support the CFO Leadership Team, consisting of 5 area heads, and you will collaborate closely with the PA to the CFO.
Although no two days will look alike, your primary tasks will include:
You will join a strong network of Personal Assistants in the Novo Nordisk Foundation for professional sparring and development.
About you
Our ideal candidate is flexible and proactive, enjoys supporting business activities in a busy and creative working environment, and has a strong sense of professionalism. You most likely have a couple of years’ work experience in an administrative function or a similar assistant position.
