Senior Lead of Pamp;O Leadership and Development

Join us at the Novo Nordisk Foundation, where we are in search of a highly qualified individual to take on the role of Senior Leadership and Development Lead in our Pamp;O Development Area. As a key member of Pamp;O, you will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing leadership initiatives, learning and development as well as other strategic projects evolving our culture that align with our vision and strategy.

The Job

As the Senior Lead for leadership amp; development at the Novo Nordisk Foundation (NNF), you will drive a transformative leadership development journey, shaping the organisational culture and fostering continuous improvement. Realising the 2030 Strategy of NNF calls for cross functional collaboration and strong leadership, and the ability to merge leadership practices from various sectors (universities, the industry, commercial companies, government etc.). You will be setting the direction for NNFs overall leadership culture across levels and make it come alive. One of your first tasks will be to co-create and implement a new NNF leadership framework in collaboration with key stakeholders. Your daily tasks will involve:

  • Managing the Pamp;O development area of expertise, overseeing the execution of leadership initiatives and promoting cross-team collaboration.
  • Designing and implementing leadership initiatives that focus on leadership skills, cross team collaboration, and strategic thinking aligned with NNF vision and strategy across levels.
  • Designing and facilitating engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance leadership capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement at all levels.
  • Facilitate workshops and seminars to enhance leadership capabilities at all levels of the organisation.
  • Identify leadership development needs through assessments, feedback mechanisms, and collaboration with key stakeholders.

You’ll report to the CPO and head up the Pamp;O Development team with one colleague reporting to you.

Professional and Personal Qualifications

We are in search of an individual with a strong educational foundation, holding a master's degree in a relevant field. The ideal candidate should have 10 years or more of relevant experience. Furthermore, we imagine you have:

  • Proven track record in designing and implementing impactful leadership development programs.
  • Familiarity with a variety of leadership assessment tools and methodologies
  • Demonstrated understanding of current leadership trends, best practices, and the nuances of leading in academic institutions versus industry/commercial organisations.
  • Experience working with leaders from diverse backgrounds and organisational cultures, including universities/educational institutions, public institutions, governments, and also commercial companies maybe as an external consultant.
  • Demonstrated strong skills in facilitating and coaching to drive leadership excellence.
  • Ability to think strategically and envision the future, inspiring others to commit to a shared vision.
  • Familiarity with relevant technologies, digital tools, and platforms to enhance the delivery of leadership development.
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills, enabling the clear conveyance of complex concepts and ideas.
  • Proven experience with driving successful organisational transformations and cultural changes
