We are looking to hire a Strategic Project Manager to work on key initiatives with the C-Level to take Monta to the next level. This is a pivotal role providing an insider view into the executive team and journey of scaling a venture-backed SaaS scale-up. We are ideally looking for someone to be based in Copenhagen.
Our new Strategic Project Manager probably has a few years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking or a VC. You must be a great communicator and able to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution and daily operations. In this role, you will work closely with leadership to drive analysis to ensure growth and efficiency improvements, execute special projects across organization, and create strong communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
You will be reporting to Violeta, our Chief of Staff, and work within our Executive Office to drive strategic internal projects with C-Level team.

Your key responsibilities - you will:
- Act as a sparring partner to C-level on strategic, tactical and operational matters
- Lead and execute special projects with cross-functional stakeholders
- Oversee and help steer strategic business initiatives from ideation through successful implementation, some experience in tech / IT projects is a plus
- Identify, suggest and implement improvements to functional teams and overarching operating model (how to improve internal processes for greater efficiency)
- Provide insightful data and analysis to support decision making in the leadership team
- Serve as a subject matter expert on ad hoc matters and dive into market dynamics
- Develop effective internal and external communications for e.g. all-hands, speaking engagements, events, and presentations
Requirements
What you will need to bring to the role:
- 3-6 relevant years from (for example) consulting, banking, other scale-ups or VC where you have delivered high quality project work.
- Experience managing large enterprise clients and IT implementation projects is a plus
- Analyzing issues to identify root cause and suggest improvement projects; reliable analytics skills and strong problem solving toolbox
- Coordinating cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track to deliver against project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
- Ensuring project deliverables adhere to quality standards, with an eye for details
- Building playbooks, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation across organization or specific teams
- You thrive in a fast paced and dynamic work environment

- A motivated and purposeful performer with solid references
