In the position of Technical Support Specialist, you will be a key element of our technical support team and our culture, foundation, and future. You will be the cornerstone for technical inquiries, so it is crucial that you have a passion for working with technical tools, delivering excellent support, and being able to communicate technical scenarios to partners, installers, and internally within the organization. Our partners are always our top priority, and it is important to us that they have a great experience when they contact us - you will have a central role in ensuring that!
Responsibilities include navigating various technical systems, analyzing logs (such as OCPP and dev logs), collaborating with internal teams (such as developers and the Charge Point Integration team), and providing support at different levels (electricians on-site, emergency hotline, and technical ticket resolution). The role also involves creating and managing internal Jira tickets, as well as building a strong knowledge base over time.
The Technical Support Specialist will report to Yassin Khadraoui, the Technical Support Manager.
