Personal Assistant and Team Coordinator

If so, we are looking for a Personal Assistant and Team Coordinator to support our Education amp; Outreach and Biotech teams. In this split role, you will be a Personal Assistant for our Senior Vice President, Education amp; Outreach and a Team Coordinator for both our Education amp; Outreach and Biotech teams.
Our Education amp; Outreach and Biotech areas are both programme areas, supporting research and strategic activities which support our vision to improve people’s health and the sustainability of society and the planet. These two areas are starting to have activities in common, and therefore our new PA and Team Coordinator will play a key role in driving administrative processes across both areas.
The job
In this role, you will have a broad range of responsibilities and no two days will look alike. You will be anchored in our Education amp; Outreach area, supporting the SVP and team of eight colleague.
Your tasks as Personal Assistant will, amongst others, include:

You will work closely together with the PA for the SVP for Biotech, creating synergies between the departments and being the go-to person for administrative tasks for projects involving both areas. In addition, you will join a strong network of Personal Assistants in the Novo Nordisk Foundation where you will have the opportunity to share knowledge and gain valuable insights.
You will refer to the SVP for Education amp; Outreach.
About you
Our ideal candidate has a sense of flexibility and proactivity to support in a busy and creative working environment, as well as a strong sense of professionalism. You have at least three years of work experience as a Personal Assistant, Coordinator or Administrator and ideally have worked in a setting supporting multiple teams or people.
