About the role

We are seeking a Head of Product Marketing who excels in bringing SaaS products to life and effectively communicating their value to the market. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing our marketing team, with a specific focus on designing and executing product marketing strategies. Your goal will be to elevate our product’s market position, boosting visibility and driving customer engagement. This position calls for a strategic thinker, an analytical problem-solver and proven experience in the SaaS business model. As a direct report to our COO, you'll collaborate frequently with our commercial, product, and tech teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies, with clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target market
  • Ensure all marketing and sales collateral effectively highlights our product’s unique value propositions and differentiators
  • Create and execute GTM (go-to-market) strategies for new products and regular feature releases
  • Regularly analyze competitors and stay on top of of market trends to ensure the best positioning of our products and features
  • Meaningfully contribute in the formulation of pricing strategies, ensuring alignment with market dynamics and company objectives
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, leveraging insights to refine marketing strategies for enhanced effectiveness
  • Oversee budget management and resource allocation for marketing activities

Requirements

Skills and experience

  • Minimum 6 years in product marketing or a related field, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong strategic marketing skills with experience in developing and executing comprehensive initiatives that effectively position and promote products in the market
  • Outstanding ability in managing complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering results within set timelines and budgets
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and developing a marketing team, with a focus on fostering a collaborative environment, supporting talent and driving team performance
  • Proficiency in using data analytics to inform marketing decisions and activities
  • Self-driven, results-focused, adept in a fast pace setting, with the ability to prioritize tasks

Ideal candidates for this role at GameAnalytics should have:

  • A passion or strong interest in the gaming industry
  • A BA/BS degree in a related field is highly desirable, although not a strict requirement. Key is a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
  • A proven record of successful collaboration across departments, aligning product marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
