The role of Talent Coordinator at Monta
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing our company's talent acquisition efforts. Your responsibilities will include providing essential administrative support to our recruiting team, such as creating job descriptions and maintaining candidate databases. We value familiarity with various recruiting strategies, such as sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques. Your contributions will help us build amp; ensure a smooth hiring process, attract top-performing employees, and align them with Monta's goals.
Your day-to-day activities will involve engaging in a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall success of the recruitment process. Here's a glimpse into what you can expect on a daily basis:
- Crafting and Updating Job Descriptions: Develop and refine comprehensive job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers to accurately represent the requirements and expectations for each role.
- Creating the TA Handbook: Compile and create a Talent Acquisition handbook that outlines the department's processes, best practices, and guidelines, ensuring a standardized approach to recruitment.
- Assisting in Candidate Experience Enhancement: Collaborate on designing candidate experience surveys, collect feedback, and actively contribute to implementing improvements that enhance the overall candidate journey.
- Manage pipelines: Take charge of managing pipelines and ensure our Hiring Managers are working according to the agreed SLA’s, communicating effectively with applicants and interview panel members to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
- Networking and Relationship Building: Actively engage in networking both internally and externally, fostering relationships with hiring managers, team members, and potential candidates to strengthen Monta's talent pipeline.
- Contributing to Recruitment Strategies: Collaborate with the recruiting team to contribute ideas and insights into effective recruitment strategies, staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the recruiting team, providing essential administrative support keeping our Hiring Plan up to date,, sharing updates, and contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Educational Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Human resources or a related field at the bachelor’s level or higher.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with job posting sites, and proficiency in using social media platforms like LinkedIn for recruitment purposes is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to assess candidates qualifications, evaluate recruitment strategies, and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, simultaneously, create and update job descriptions, and maintain an organized data of candidate information
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, adapting to changing priorities and tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

This role is a temporary position for an initial duration of 3 months, with the potential for extension. The weekly commitment is 15-20 hours during regular office hours, and we can adjust the schedule to accommodate your usual schedule.
