The Global Online Sales Manager is part of the Customer Experience Department and the position is located either in Oslo or Copenhagen. The Global Online Sales Manager will report to the Chief Experience Officer.

As a Global Online Sales Manager at Kahoot!, your primary purpose is to drive sales of our online plans through online and in-platform campaigns. You will be responsible for owning and managing all key commercial touchpoints within the customer journey, from kahoot.com to our learning platform, across our primary customer segments (at School, Work and Home). Your role involves proactively conceptualizing, planning in alignment with company priorities, and implementing growth initiatives. Followed by rigorous testing, monitoring, and reporting on their impact. Within this role, you will be measured on KPIs related to online sales, conversion rates of free to paid plans, and platform activation/engagement.
