Are you passionate about creating impactful marketing campaigns? Join Kahoot!'s dynamic and innovative customer experience team as a Global Online Sales Manager. We are looking for a skilled individual who can plan, execute, and measure our online and in-platform campaigns, to drive commercial growth and engage our audience.

The Global Online Sales Manager is part of the Customer Experience Department and the position is located either in Oslo or Copenhagen. The Global Online Sales Manager will report to the Chief Experience Officer.

As a Global Online Sales Manager at Kahoot!, your primary purpose is to drive sales of our online plans through online and in-platform campaigns. You will be responsible for owning and managing all key commercial touchpoints within the customer journey, from kahoot.com to our learning platform, across our primary customer segments (at School, Work and Home). Your role involves proactively conceptualizing, planning in alignment with company priorities, and implementing growth initiatives. Followed by rigorous testing, monitoring, and reporting on their impact. Within this role, you will be measured on KPIs related to online sales, conversion rates of free to paid plans, and platform activation/engagement.

The Global Online Sales Manager will be responsible for the following tasks to drive online sales:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize online and in-platform campaigns to enhance user engagement and drive online sales.
  • Identify key commercial touchpoints within the customer journey and develop strategies to maximize their effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, CX, Business Area Leads and Data) to create compelling campaign content and collateral.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Develop and implement growth initiatives, from ideation to execution, with a focus on driving sustainable growth.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to refine campaign strategies and tactics.
  • Prepare and present campaign performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • +7 years experience in commercial campaign management, online marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience with data analytics tools such as Amplitude, Thoughtspot is a must.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative and strategic thinking to develop impactful campaigns.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Experience with education technology or SaaS products is a definite plus.
  • Familiarity with online gaming and e-learning industries is a plus.
