About the role

We’re currently expanding our focus to work with some key Chinese partners and customers, and as such are seeking a Product Manager, Global Partnerships to spearhead these collaborative efforts. In this role, your mission will be to forge strong internal and external relationships, immerse yourself in cutting-edge technologies, and transform innovative concepts into actionable project plans. As a direct report to our COO, you’ll collaborate frequently with our product, tech and commercial teams.

Our ideal candidate is highly technical, an effective communicator, and excited about the challenges and opportunities that come from working with engineers, partners and customers in a global, distributed remote work environment. A fundamental aspect of this role involves liaising with our Chinese partners; hence proficiency in Mandarin is essential. The vast majority of communication with these partners will occur asynchronously, but you may need to occasionally attend a meeting during China’s working hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the integration of global partner technologies into our product offerings, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals
  • Champion the end-to-end management of partnership projects, from ideation to implementation, ensuring seamless integration and optimization
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to develop a cohesive product roadmap and compelling partnership narratives
  • Refine and evolve our product development processes, fostering a high-performance culture that thrives on innovation and execution excellence
  • Facilitate cross-functional teamwork, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned, informed, and motivated towards common objectives
  • Craft detailed project plans, meticulously managing tasks, deliverables, and timelines to guarantee the successful realization of key product initiatives
  • Act as the primary point of communication for project stakeholders, providing regular updates, insights, and foresight to preempt challenges and mitigate risks

Skills and experience

  • Minimum 4 years in product or project management or a related field, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English, with the ability to seamlessly navigate both languages for effective communication and collaboration with global teams and partners
  • Outstanding ability in managing complex projects, coordinating cross-cultural and cross-functional teams, to deliver results within set timelines and budgets
  • Proficiency in using project management tools (Airtable, Jira, Confluence) to organize tasks and milestones
  • Self-driven, results-focused, adept in a fast pace setting, with the ability to prioritize tasks

Ideal candidates for this role at GameAnalytics should have:

  • A passion or strong interest in the gaming industry
  • A BA/BS degree in a related field is highly desirable, although not a strict requirement. Key is a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
  • A proven record of successful collaboration across departments and cultures, aligning project outcomes with overall business objectives
