Job Description

BLAST is on a mission to take esports to the next level of global entertainment and we invite billions of fans to join us in the esports revolution. We create live and digital experiences - from tournaments that pack out major arenas around the world to great content that’s guaranteed to blow your socks off.

Our culture is very informal and everyone is involved in planning and executing. We value the input of everyone and are not afraid of having discussions on everything from ideas to execution. We always want to improve and learn new things, and want you to always share your opinion. While we do run quickly, our main objective is that everyone enjoys being part of the team at BLAST.

The Role

This role will form part of a new Shared Services function to ensure all staff, players and talent have the correct eligibility, documentation and information to enter new and existing countries within the BLAST portfolio.

As part of a small operations team, you will be working in collaboration with our legal and live events departments, and liaise with immigration specialists to complete the application process for up to 400 people per event.

You will be a team player but able to work independently under your own initiative, drawing from your previous experience in a similar role. As a new role, it is an opportunity to take ownership and introduce your own processes and systems, in line with BLAST objectives.
