Are you passionate about bringing products and services to new markets and cultures? Do you have a strong background in localization and a knack for engaging with customers worldwide? Monta is seeking an experienced and creative Localization Manager to join our team.

As a Localization Manager at Monta, your role will be crucial in ensuring our software and services are adapted and tailored for different markets around the world. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, marketing, and customer support to ensure that our products and content are linguistically and culturally appropriate for a global audience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a localization strategy for Monta's software applications, website, marketing materials, and support documentation
- Manage and coordinate translation and localization projects, including partnering with external vendors
- Ensure the quality and consistency of translated content, maintaining style guides and glossaries
- Collaborate with product and design teams to adapt user interfaces, optimize user experience, and ensure cultural sensitivities of different markets
- Coordinate with testing teams to identify and resolve localization-related issues, such as linguistic errors or text truncation.
- Monitor and track localization metrics and provide insights and recommendations to increase efficiency and scalability continuous improvement
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in localization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in linguistics, translations, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in localization project management, preferably in a multinational organization or language service provider.
- Proficiency in English and at least one other language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of localization tools and technologies, such as CAT tools, translation management systems, and localization platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solid problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with cultural nuances and localization best practices for different regions and markets.
