What are we looking for?
Are you ready to join a dynamic and innovative team at the forefront of the EV charging revolution? Monta is looking for a talented and experienced Product Marketing Manager to help drive our mission of powering the EV ecosystem.
As a Product Marketing Manager at Monta, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that promote our EV charging solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to drive our top end of the business and ensure that we achieve our business objectives.
We are seeking a strategic thinker with a passion for technology and a proven track record of driving product growth through effective marketing strategies. To succeed in this role, you should have strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies to position and drive demand for Monta's EV charging solutions
- Collaborate with Product Managers to align messaging and positioning with product capabilities and features
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and use that information to inform product positioning and messaging
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns
- Measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns, and use that information to continuously improve product marketing strategy and tactics
- Maintain a deep understanding of Monta's products, competition, and market trends
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the software or technology industry
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Passion for sustainability and innovation is a plus
- Passionate about customer-driven storytelling. Experience using those storytelling skills to develop go to market strategies and messaging guidelines
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret metrics to inform decisions
