Responsibilities
· Expanding business opportunities by proactively seeking new B2B customers through cold calls and client visits.
· Maintaining strong business relationships with existing clients and partners.
· Implementing designated sales plans to achieve sales targets across different sales channels.
· Coordinating sales and brand development processes, including forecasting product demand.
· Developing the brands by entering new markets.
· Conducting training and presentations for clients.
· Preparing commercial offers and coordinating contracts.
· Monitoring and analyzing regional market competition.
· Analyzing industry developments to identify potential growth areas.
Requirements
· 3+ years of working experience in a similar role (beauty industry experience would be an advantage).
· Honesty and meticulousness.
· Highly developed communication skills.
· Ambition and commitment.
· Desire to grow and learn.
· Openness, positive attitude and high personal culture.
· Valid driving license and several years of driving experience.
· English language skills. Norwegian - would be an advantage.
