Here’s some of the other things you can look forward to
Your first rotation will be with FP&A and Reporting. Our role is to secure that management is equipped with clear and relevant information, to lead a flexible organization in a dynamic and changing business and financial environment. We do this through monitoring our financial performance to help management achieve or exceed our targeted results. Our aspiration is to proactively support and influence key decisions, required to improve financial and operational performance and secure strategy execution. Some of your tasks will be within the following areas:
Finance Business Partnering with our senior management
Financial planning, meaning financial forecasts, target setting and resource allocation feeding into our Beyond budgeting financial model
Business transformation projects across Finance
Potential Merger & Acquisition support and integration
Business intelligence reporting and development
Senior management exposure and involvement into decision making based on financial data and analysis
Your home base will be at our European region headquarters in Kgs. Lyngby, close to Copenhagen. Your position is global, so you get a six-month placement abroad. You’ll experience life and work in other cultures. You’ll build a global network of like-minded lighthouse leaders – ready to take Hempel to another level.

You have graduated with a Master’s degree within the last two years or will graduate from university or business school no later than 1 September 2021.
