Job Description
Come and join our company to lead projects for the Europe & Africa region within the People & Culture function. You will be located in Lyngby, Denmark, but your role will be to manage and execute key strategic processes across the whole region.

This job offers you the chance to collaborate with people from different countries and manage the key processes for the Europe & Africa region. Central to the role will be:
Partnering with the entire P&C team to design and manage the mechanism for regional projects coordination.
Recommending solutions to the team for any challenges that appear.
Leading and executing key strategic processes for the region, such as workforce management, engagement initiatives and projects linked to the Hempel strategy.
Assisting on day to day P&C Business Partnership activities related to employees in Denmark, collaborating with the Northern EU P&C Manager.
Attending an assigned group of clients from an HR BP perspective, as needed.
Creating a project dashboard with deliverables and metrics ensuring that all projects are in optimal execution. Confirming that proper communication together with change management is happening in concurrence.
Ensuring proper recordkeeping, organization as well as visualization of projects.
Continuously exploring process improvements and implementing them in relation to P&C projects in the region.
Creating and implementing feedback processes.
Job Specification
We are looking for an action-oriented professional with experience in working for a global company
Our ideal candidate will have a labour-related or psychological background together with working experience in Project Management within People & Culture area.
Furthermore, we expect that you have:
BSc in Labour Relations, Psychology or relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or People & Culture related position in a global company.
Excellent level of fluency in English – additional European languages are very valuable.
Strong Project Management skills.
Hands-on experience with full yearly P&C cycle.
Innovative way of thinking with “can do” attitude.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent Microsoft Office 365 skills.
Action oriented and positive attitude with ready for challenges mindset.
