So, we’re looking for an enthusiastic, hands on Compliance Engineer with an eye for detail to join our small team and play a vital role in building and maintaining compliance procedures, monitor and test our compliance programmes effectiveness and advise colleagues on their obligation in relation to Dixa’s compliance programme.

  • You will be maintaining and building policies and procedures, especially within information security and privacy, based on industry standards
  • You will be helping colleagues turn Dixa’s policies into tangible department or function specific procedures and guidelines
  • You will help develop customer-facing documentation and responses regarding Dixa’s information security, compliance and regulatory programs, including responding to customer information security and/or compliance inquiries and audits
  • You will be will be monitoring Dixa’s compliance with its adopted to policies to ensure continuous refinement of Dixa’s efforts
  • You will help monitor compliance of sub-contractors
  • You will assist with risk management relating to information security and privacy
  • You will attain compliance by identifying and resolving non-compliance issues together with stakeholders
  • You will document compliance by keeping appropriate records, performing tests and develop test standards, and preparing reports on findings
Who you’ll be working with
  • You will be a part of a small team which is expected to grow with Dixa’s rapid expansion! Currently the team consists of our Legal Counsels in Copenhagen, who works closely with the CFO and finance department
  • We value collaboration, openness and knowledge-sharing We are also super open to new ideas and improved ways of scaling our legal and compliance operations
Who you are
  • You hold a Bachelors with relevance for the position (e.g. Business, Business amp; IT/Accounting, Data Science, Law etc.), and/or one more certifications relevant for the position (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CCSK, CompIT+, ISO Lead Implementer, etc.)
  • You have a good understanding of basic infrastructure and cloud concepts (e.g. IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, AWS shared responsibility model, etc.)
  • You have a good understanding of SOC 2 and ISO 27001/27701
  • You are structured and analytical in your approach to work
  • You can work independently
  • You are capable of structuring your knowledge, creating an overview and able to convey your finding
  • You are proficient in spoken and written English
  • You are a team player who can work across departments in Dixa
  • You are open-minded and a good listener when it comes to other peoples' ideas and voice your own ideas with confidence.
