The bigger picture:
We need tomorrow’s top talent to work on building the world’s most ambitious Customer Friendship platform. We’re looking for an executive search talent partner to build a high-performing leadership team; by bringing in the most talented leaders into the organisation What you'll be doing:
  • You’ll find, attract and bring in the best talents on board You’ll be driving the full recruitment process, from sourcing gt;gt; interviewing gt;gt; offer, and become certified in our personality testing, which is a stage of our recruitment process that makes us stand out from the crowd.
  • You’ll partner with our Senior Leadership Team to hire in Copenhagen, London amp; beyond You’ll build strong relationships across the company, reporting on your pipeline, progress and the challenges you're facing as we enter scale-up territory. You will also support the wider business/team where required with hiring and projects across the People amp; Culture function.
  • You'll work on employer branding - and events, when Covid permits it! You’ll think up new concepts, employee value propositions, and ways to make Dixa the number one choice for applicants across EMEA
  • You'll shape our tone of voice on all things talent You’ll write job descriptions and blog posts, and also source candidates in creative and highly personalised ways that makes them think ‘I’m definitely interested in learning more about {insert role here}’
Who you are:
  • You are an experienced in-house recruiter, who has an extensive and structured search background You’ve managed recruitment and selection campaigns for Executive/Senior Leadership positions within a SaaS or similar scale-up organisation, from sourcing all the way to offering, and have a track record of successes and learnings along the way. That includes knowing how to source creatively, building relationships with Senior leaders (both inside and out of Dixa!), designing interview processes and negotiating on offers
  • In an ideal world, you’ve been in a scale-up environment You’ve juggled a bunch of different roles with ambitious hiring targets, and get energy from doing so.
  • You live for candidate experience You understand that finding the right job is a life decision for candidates, and can share examples of empathy and care for the candidate while having the company’s interests at heart
  • You understand the importance of data-driven decision making, systems and processes You pride yourself on exhausting all features of an ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, collecting relevant data and leveraging it to create useful structures and processes that add value and avoid top of funnel candidates slipping away
