As our next Lamp;D Partner it is important that you believe good learning activities require a strategic and human-oriented approach. We are seeking someone who feels that Lamp;D begins with strong business goals, but that those must be translated to meet the needs of the both the business and participants for maximum adoption and impact.
In this dynamic role you will design training activities that are engaging and fun, mixing the opportunities of classroom, e-learning and online training. You will both be able to facilitate training sessions yourself and select external partners to help out. Adform is a multi-national, multi-cultural organization and our Lamp;D tools are used by employees across more than 26 countries.
You should have a good understanding of learning technology that includes both driving adoption and usage, as well as strategic ways to structure content. You will drive a project focused on making our recently launched LMS system (Intellum) the go to place for training and digitized e-learning and training should be a passion area for you. Essential skills include how to deliver virtual classrooms, webinars and develop digital content.
One of the most important tasks for you in 2021 will be to help us design and implement Adform’s new Leadership Academy. The Academy will be used by more than 100 leaders ranging from team leads to VPs and will focus on nurturing highly competent, caring, and development-oriented leaders who invest in their people.Responsibilities
