You will be part of the Global Agile Coach team where you, together with your colleagues, will play a vital role in executing our digital strategy. The Lean-Agile Centre of Excellence is part of Agile Delivery, the agile methodology and capabilities hub. We are a mix of agile coaches, scrum masters, release train engineers, UX designers, design thinkers, and change and quality managers. We’re all working to create and mature a forward-leaning agile organisation.
You will play an important role in:
- conducting SAFe and agile training sessions, building a strong practice around agile and SAFe
- coaching and mentoring teams and the ART leadership on SAFe methodologies and lean-agile leadership
- ensuring that agile ways of working are easily digested and spread out to the rest of the organisation
- connecting the dots between the ARTs and LACE to ensure we collaborate on a smooth operating model in Ørsted
To succeed in the role, you:
- have a master’s degree within business or technology and a relevant SAFe certification, preferably SPC
- have vast experience as a full-time agile coach within a scaled set-up. Add-on if you have experience within the role of product manager or product owner
- have experience with implementing lean portfolio management in an organisation of similar size
- can vary your personal style between different roles such as coach, servant leader, and facilitator responding to your stakeholder landscape
- can assess the maturity of the ART and process theoretical knowledge to pragmatic hand-on guidance based on the needs
- show a proactive attitude by continuously identifying and impacting improvement opportunities, which could be visualised in e.g., an improvement roadmap created together with the ART Leadership team
