Boon is seeking a talented individual who will lead and inspire our Success and Support team. Putting the Creator first with a strategic mindset, yet having a bias for action. This is an incredible opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the future of Boon and its creators.

Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire your team: you'll be in charge of the Success and the Support activities
- Recruit and retain your talents
- Design and drive our creator success strategy: ensure profitable lifetime value, onboarding programs, nurturing flows, referral relationship, SoMe ambassadorship, optimised channels for each touch points
- Balance digital vs. human touch points to ensure that we deliver sufficient proactive efforts
- Develop scalable programs to optimise creator adoption
- Facilitate KPIs reporting set for CS to help us track, learn and follow-up on the key focus areas
- Be accountable and deliver on KPIs
- Work cross-functionally: nurture collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Product and Management
- Own the Feedback loop when communicating back to users on Product updates and fixes
- Challenge the status-quo: focus your efforts on the outcome
- Aim for creator satisfaction: their success is ours
Requirements
- BA/BS (MBA/Master preferred)
- 4+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or another client-facing role
- 2+ years in managing a team: be a coach, a mentor to look up to, a partner with your peers
- Experience in working in fast-growing SaaS environment
- Strong leadership skills
- Proven strong communication skills, both internally and externally
- Natural sense for building and maintaining processes and workflows
- Be tech-savvy by nature
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Product, Marketing, Services)
