Mobile Platform Engineer / Ad Monetization

We're looking for an experienced Mobile Platform Engineer to own the development, operation and testing of the mobile-ad monetization libraries to be used across all our games. You will work within the Shared Games Services team and collaborate closely with the Ad Monetization team and external mediation provider to ensure that our ad network SDKs are performant and robust. In addition, you will also help ensure that our games are performing well on native platforms, and improve them where necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the cross-platform mobile advertising SDKs used on Subway Surfers.
- Develop tools and test scripts to help debug and optimise the performance and memory usage of the SDKs on mobile platforms.
- Be primary PoC with external mediation provider and partner ad networks - to ensure issues are prioritised and addressed on both sides
- Ensure updates to SDKs don’t negatively affect the crash-rate of the game, on the target devices
- Work on in-house mobile platform tools for game development with Unity
Requirements
- 3+ years experience working on mobile ads for shipped live F2P titles
- Proficiency with Android Studio, Xcode and Unity
- Strong C#, Java and Objective-C / Swift development experience
- Experience with native plugins and libraries
- Experience in performance profiling and optimisation on mobile devices
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skill
- Understanding of mobile F2P monetization concepts
