KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Content Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining, developing and executing the local content activations focusing on Denmark but also across Nordics together with our Growth and Brand teams. This entails, but does not limit to, managing the key content activation channels as Social Media, Email, Goodiebox leaflet, and website following a strong content plan.
- Responsible for growing local organic social media according to commercial targets (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, SnapChat, TikTok)
- Overall responsible for reaching local Social Media KPIs agreed with the Country Manager
- Assist in prospecting, seeking out and executing new opportunities for brand activations and partner collaborations together with the Brand Manager and the Country Manager.
- Develop local editorial monthly calendar coordinated with Group Creative
- Develop local content plans and initiatives including distribution of content
- Responsible for scheduling, editing and publishing of Social Media Posts and Stories
- Locally adjust DK content coming from all teams within the Goodiebox organisation within the set deadline - hereunder leaflets, emails and visuals
- Be advisor for Customer Service and Brand Activation on local campaign needs and member reaction perspective
- Take lead and track reactions and comments on social media and adjust plans accordingly
- Responsible for being local Qamp;A person for website, email, translations and campaign deployment
- Responsible for ensuring local documentation of all experiments and tests
- Use the monthly delivered motherboard to manage and schedule all content for Denmark (and potentially assist on other Nordic markets)
- Plan and align with Growth regarding growth initiatives on an ongoing basis hereunder decide on email send outs, boost of posts, campaigns etc.
Requirements
- Native-level Danish speaking/writing and professional fluency in English
- 3+ years experience with Social Media Management and Content Production
- E-commerce experience
- SEO knowledge is a plus
- Data-driven and understand the value of evaluation
- Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented work ethic
- Proactive team player mindset, excellent communication skills and hands-on mentality
