Job Description

Do you have experience within payroll and an interest for the broader HR-administrative tasks? Are you highly structured and feel energized when supporting a diversity of colleagues and departments? Then you might be our new Payroll amp; HR-administrator working across the whole Ageras Group and our international markets.

Who are we?

The Ageras Group is an ambitious, young, and fast-paced group of technology companies based in Copenhagen with a shared vision to make life easier for SME’s and micro business owners. The Ageras Group consists of our brands Ageras, Meneto, Billy and Tellow.

We are now looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage all payroll matters across the group, in addition to supporting managers and employees in general HR-administrative tasks. You will be a part of our growing Finance amp; HR team consisting of 10 employees, and report directly to Head of HR.

What will you be doing?

As our new Payroll amp; HR-administrator, you will support the day-to-day activities of our Finance and HR departments. You will (amongst other things) ensure that all payroll activities run smoothly, while also supporting HR operations by taking responsibility for a wide range of administrative tasks.

In addition to running the whole payroll process for Ageras Group in Denmark, you will also take ownership of and communicate with external partners regarding all payroll matters in our markets in the US, the Netherlands, Germany and Norway.

More specifically you will:

  • Handle the administrative part of HR-processes i.e. create contracts and addendums; handle personnel files; provide statistics; handle leaves; reporting on company FTE.
  • Run, book and reconcile monthly payroll and pension for all employees, and administrate the gross salary scheme (including bonuses, commissions and other payroll mutations) and healthcare insurance.
  • Book and reconcile international payroll in Navison
  • Reconcile to e-indkomst
  • Request and manage refunds.
  • Build and manage sick-day reporting.
  • Support managers and employees in questions about salaries, pensions, insurance etc.

Requirements

What will you bring to the table?

Since you in many ways will be our self-running payroll- and administrative guru, it is of course crucial (for both you and us) that you take ownership and enjoy creating structure. We also imagine that you are quite the analytical and detail-oriented person, but that you are also thriving when you are juggling multiple tasks at once (while always keeping the overview). Last but not least: You love to help.

If you could see yourself in the above description, we would be over the moon if you also have:

  • Five+ years of experience within a payroll function
  • Solid knowledge of the Danish Employment Law and Holiday Act
  • Strong experience with using payroll and financial systems (we use NAV and Zenegy)
  • Very decent Excel-skills
  • An economic educational background (whether it is a finansbachelor, a MSc or something third is of less importance)
  • Strong communication skills in Danish and English
