Ageras Group, a Denmark-based provider of accountancy software, plans to launch a new digital bank for small businesses after raising 450 million kroner in its latest funding round.
Now, with the launch of new customer products amp; propositions you will have the opportunity to work in a completely new and complex environment and grow a bank from scratch- which is absolutely unique in Copenhagen’s Scale Up Scene today!
Your job will consist of:
- Help your team grow their skills and experience
- Author project plans for epics
- Run agile project management processes
- Conduct code reviews, and make technical contributions to product architecture as well as getting involved in solving bugs and delivering small features
- Bring new ideas and innovative tools amp; techniques to the table
- Collaborate with Product managers in order to create an ambitious and exciting proposition
- Maintain both short and long-term technical strategy for the division
- Be a key team member in our newest team where you will be part of an elite group who will be able to bring fresh ideas to the table
- Pioneer our new elite banking division and make history at Ageras Group!
Requirements
- Senior-level engineering background
- Preferably MSc in computer science or equivalent
- Experience working as a software architect
- We are open to varied backgrounds in technology stacks amp; frameworks and happy to see candidates with a broad technical profile. We expect either Java, .NET or Go experience
- Experience with AWS and strong architecture skills
- We are interested in someone who can create solutions and think outside the box.
- FinTech experience is a plus
