Job Description

As a team, TwentyThree is full of ideas we’re really good at dreaming up campaigns, always pushing across all our channels and making sure we continuously progress our marketing efforts. Now we need someone to help us keep everything in place, and to make sure we do the right things at the right time and keep us consistent across our channels.

About You

We are looking for a talented and well-structured operations manager for our marketing and communication department. You probably have either an agency background or come from a similar role at another company. You have at least 5+ years of experience with marketing, content production, media and/or the like. You enjoy being in the middle of an energetic and quick-moving work environment where it’s your job to make sure that everyone in the team knows what to do, when to do it and how to get it done.

As a member of the marketing and communication team, you’d be responsible for making sure that our comms, marketing, campaigns and events all run smoothly and are aligned across channels. It involves taking ownership of our campaign forum where we discuss weekly results, status on ongoing activities and plan the next steps to ensure we move forward. It also requires taking responsibility for project plans, development of content, aligning with media to make sure we activate the campaigns in the right channels and more.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage and steer all marketing and comms activities for TwentyThree.
  • Project manage coworkers to make sure all deliverables are done to deadline and at a high standard.
  • In charge of content creation, although not hands on.
  • Ensure budgets are kept.
  • Plan and coordinate with upper management, CMO and CEO.
  • Align with the comms manager and product team to plan new campaigns.
  • Make sure we meet the targets and goals set by you and upper management.
  • Ensure that we can track and measure the outcomes of campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong team-player, efficient, structured, and solution-oriented.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Good at delegating tasks precisely and following up on them
  • An ability to connect the dots in marketing and see the bigger picture. Keep focused on the commercial outcome.

Bonus Points:

  • Strong technical background in media or digital marketing
  • Experience with SaaS-marketing and scale-up mentality.
  • Understanding of video production and/or video marketing strategies
  • Experience with HubSpot
