  • We are looking for an Office Assistant to be in charge of creating a comfy and productive office environment for the Goodiebox team. This means being responsible for the office organisation and coordinating with vendors in regards to facility maintenance, food delivery and office equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Flexible schedule with 25 hours a week minimum
  • Management of all office related supplies and equipment
  • Workplace health amp; safety (incl. COVID-19 guidelines compliance and coordination with the key card company and open doors hours management)
  • Fixing minor IT issues (i.e. rebooting computers, etc) and arranging office fix-ups (broken desks, chairs, etc.)
  • Ensuring the office is well organized and clean in coordination with our cleaning crew
  • Management of daily and on-site event catering, including regular food and drink deliveries
  • Communication to the Goodiebox team about changes /updates related to the office space, equipment and orders
  • Management of recurring office events, like the Friday Breakfast
  • First point of contact for staff for all facilities, equipment or food related questions
  • Management of office waste, primarily implementation of office waste sorting system and building-wide recycling system

Requirements

  • Experience within facility management
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred not required)
  • Experience in facility management is preferred but not required
  • Great problem solving and organizational skills
  • Proactive thinking and willingness to learn
  • Tech savvy
  • Process driven and detail oriented
