We are looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented Merchant Operations Specialist with a positive can-do attitude to join our fast-paced and growing Merchant Team in Copenhagen.

As Merchant Operations Specialist, you will be part of the growing Merchant Team that operates at the core of our business. We help each other and are not afraid to make small mistakes as long as we learn from it and support each other in getting even better. And we have a lot of fun!
Support the onboarding, maintenance, and success of our marketplace partners
In the role of Merchant Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining our data collection efforts and growing and improving our retail data quality to help ensure our marketplace partners' success. In doing so, you support and collaborate with your teammates, different parts of the business (Product Managers, Marketplace Success Managers, CX, etc.), and various external partners.
- We offer you the opportunity to:
- Master our data collection tools, working with our remote team of data extraction engineers
- Collaborate with our external partners on the collection of retail data
- Collaborate with several different teams taking marketplace partners from onboarding all the way to order fulfillment integrations
- Assist your colleagues with troubleshooting data-related issues
- Contribute to our ongoing efforts to streamline processes and improve our retail data systems and tools

To be successful in this position, we imagine that you have and can demonstrate:
- Minimum one year of experience, but we also encourage new graduates to apply
- A degree within Computer Science or similar
- Good understanding of basic web technologies like HTML, XML, Javascript, and regular expressions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly, yet tactfully in all situations
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
Further to the above, we consider it an advantage, but not a requirement, if you have:
- Understanding of browser internals and basic SQL knowledge
- Experience working with RESTful APIs
