About the position
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for finding, sourcing, attracting and hiring talent. In order to become successful in the position, you must collaborate with departmental managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. Furthermore, your responsibilities include designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, and keeping abreast of employment law and legislation.
