Job Description

We're looking for a Recruiter who will be responsible for finding, sourcing, attracting and hiring talent. We are looking for a team player who wants to become part of one of Europe’s fastest growing SaaS (Software as a Service) companies, and join our growth story.

About the position

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for finding, sourcing, attracting and hiring talent. In order to become successful in the position, you must collaborate with departmental managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. Furthermore, your responsibilities include designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, and keeping abreast of employment law and legislation.

Scope and Tasks

  • Partnering with managers to drive the hiring plan against committed and approved recruitment activities
  • Work closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the needs for each position, refine the job description and the go to market approach
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle against aggressive hiring targets.
  • Perform the full recruitment life cycles as detailed below;
    • Perform task analysis with the hiring manager to truly understand the requirements and objectives of the role
    • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
    • Prepare recruitment materials and design the interview panel and timings
    • Post jobs to appropriate job boards (using workable)
    • Launch new positions internally to encourage employee referrals
    • Proactively source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
    • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
    • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
    • Manage the scheduling of interviews with the hiring manager and manage the entire recruitment process
    • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
    • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
    • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
    • Collaborate with the wider HR team on the writing of the employment contract and understand the budget restrictions within the role.
  • Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or recruitment agency)
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
  • Knowledge of the SaaS industry
  • Operated within or on behalf of high growth SaaS companies
  • Hands on experience with va
