Projects/Sales Coordinator

Reform is looking for an Internal Project/Sales coordinator for the projects department to support the team in their efforts to grow their presence in the contract market.

Job description:

You will part of a small team that focusses on delivering great kitchen solutions to the Real Estate developments in Denmark, Europe and the US.

Your daily tasks will consist of making quotations, Support our onsite project managers, Project procurement, track shipments as well as communicating with our customers.

Requirements

• You have previous experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience in the building industry or affiliated industries is a plus.
• You have previous experience with systems and Procedures (CRM and order systems).
• You are independent and take responsibility and are excellent at planning and perspective.
• You have attention to detail and are thorough in all your tasks.
• You are easygoing and find it easy to establish personal relationships.
• You are fluent in Danish and English. Lithuanian, German and French is an advantage.
