Job Description
Payne Search is recruiting on behalf of Vivino, for this position of Senior UX Designer. This is a contract role for 3 months, and remote based.
Note - You must be based in Europe, with up to 2 hours time-zone difference from Copenhagen, Denmark. This is because there will be a lot of collaboration with the team, and meetings during the workday (approx 8am - 4pm GMT+1).

Vivino is looking to hire an experienced Senior User Experience Designer to help implement efficient cross-functional processes, improve their existing UX culture (how and when should we use lo-fi vs high-fi prototypes, and how we might implement different levels of prototyping into the product development cycle), and kickstart UX methodologies of incorporating qualitative and quantitative data.
This role is based in our Product Design team in Copenhagen and reports to our Head of Design. This is a 3-month contract position and can be performed remotely (Europe based).
Preferred Qualifications/Responsibilities
· 8+ years in a senior product design/UX role.
· Comfortable in leading and conducting, synthesizing, and deriving insights from generative ethnographic research, evaluative usability testing, and user testing of concepts and features.
· Expertise in creating design artefacts including customer journeys, personas and archetypes based on a deep understanding of the customer.
· Expertise in creating and extending design systems for multiple platforms and form factors, including smartphone, tablet
· Expertise in designing for considerations including accessibility, scale, growth, discovery, localization, and personalization.
· Expertise in usability best-practices, specifically related to local and universal visual languages, and symbolism/semantics.
· Expertise in creating and extending information architectures and interaction models.
· Masterful presentation, storytelling and communication that drives action.
· Expertise in technical best practices and limitations of responsive design.
· Experience in shipping products, partnering with development, and improving workflows.
· Proven ability to work cross-team, synthesize feedback and input from business leaders, customer research/analytics and to design creative solutions.
· Desire to work in a start-up style environment, where iteration and learning is encouraged.
. Team player who enjoys cooperating with other designers across the organization, providing feedback on their designs.
. The ability to collaborate with product management to scope and frame projects and prioritize tasks.
. The ability to quickly produce low fidelity prototypes and turn them into testable wireframes and mockups in a fast-paced, iterative environment with short sprints.
