Expand our supply and be responsible for the quality assurance process
We are looking for an organized digital and media enthusiast to join us in this part-time position based in Copenhagen. As Product Matching Specialist, you will help the Merchant team expand Vivino's supply, and you will be responsible for the quality assurance process that brings to life the world's largest wine marketplace.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Improve the quality of our marketplace to match the accuracy of the most comprehensive wine database in the world (12 million wines)
- Expand the inventory of our current marketplace partners (more than 700) and help onboard new ones
- Troubleshoot and work cross-functionally with different teams

The role of Product Matching Specialist is the first in the newly created Product Matching team, and as the team grows, you will have the opportunity to become the team lead. You will be working closely with our Wine Content and Merchant teams.
Great data and online research skills combined with a proactive and positive attitude
We envision that you are a student who is looking for a dynamic work opportunity. Your field of study is not essential the most important thing is that you have good data and online research skills. Furthermore, we hope to see that you are detail-oriented but not intimidated by an enormous amount of data. You are keen on staying focused on precise tasks to deliver quality work.
Some basic wine knowledge is helpful, but it is not a requirement, as long as you are eager to help create a fantastic user experience for millions of people worldwide.
Adding to the above, we expect that you have:
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work effectively in a team environment at a fast-paced company
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- The ability to work well independently
