We are currently looking for a highly motivated and engaging Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our People team in Copenhagen! At Goodiebox, we pride ourselves in finding badass, driven all-stars . basically we're on the hunt for unicorns, starting with you! You will be responsible for identifying and driving talent to the organization through research, diving into job search engines, and supporting the recruitment process from end to end.


  • Flexible schedule with 20-25 hours a week minimum
  • Review resumes of potential candidates and coordinate phone interviews between candidates and Head of Talent Acquisition
  • Support HR with new hire onboarding and other employer branding activities such as university fairs and HR networking event
  • Identify potential candidates via professional networks such as LinkedIn and social media
  • Collaborate with the Head of Talent Acquisition and determine position prerequisites which would include meeting with hiring managers to discuss current and future recruitment needs
  • Create talent pools for future hiring needs for our three offices in Copenhagen, Amsterdam and Berlin
  • Conduct market research on future jobs and locations to aid in recruitment strategies
  • Send out emails (e.g. confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails etc.)
  • Accurately maintain candidate notes and status in our applicant tracking system
  • Maintain and submit weekly recruitment sourcing reports
  • Post job ads through various job seeking platforms


  • You are studying or have completed Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications or related field
  • Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle is a plus
  • Extraordinary understanding for creating wow for our candidates throughout the initial recruitment stage
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, prioritize, meet time sensitive deadlines, and pay close attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to create rapport easily
