Job Description

Marketing Artist

In this position, you will provide high performing video creatives to showcase the games in JoyPac’s portfolio. You will be part of our growth team, shaping the creative process and helping JoyPac successfully test and launch games, bringing fun game experiences to millions of players worldwide.

  • Create engaging visuals and designs for mobile game marketing campaigns including images, videos, icons, animated motion graphics and other online advertising media units
  • Produce multiple video creatives and variations to test games that are at various stages of development
  • Together with the UA Manager, analyze the performance of creatives across acquisition channels to understand the performance
  • Brainstorm with the UA team on next creative concepts to be produced, music and SFXs to be featured
  • Create designs to support our company marketing and PR initiatives (banners, landing pages, social media posts, presentations etc.)
  • Stay informed of the current trends in social media and hyper casual advertising


At JoyPac, we’re open to various levels of experience, but candidates will ideally have:

Outstanding hands-on experience creating and optimising user acquisition creatives on multiple mobile channels

Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or Premiere)

Strong marketing mindset and must be comfortable working closely with the business/data team to build ads with high engagement

Willingness to create, test and iterate on visuals and designs in order to drive incremental improvement in performance

Understanding of the process of launching a mobile game

Social media/TikTok and pop culture trend savvy

Fluency in English

Minimum 2 years of similar experience
