Job Description

At Dreamdata we are fixing the broken world of B2B sales and marketing. Our technology provides transparency and enables insights for our customers into what works and what doesn't. Because we take data very seriously we also take our own processes very seriously and are looking for someone to help us ensure that we collect all relevant data within our systems and processes.

As a team, we strongly believe in engaging closely with customers when developing our product. We constantly run experiments on how to improve our product and processes. This role will be in the center when running experiments within our commercial team.

About the position

  • Run the commercial tech stack (HubSpot, Intercom)
  • Work in close collaboration with sales and marketing ensuring they can measure all the things they do.
  • Manage the tech to automated email campaigns for business development and marketing.
  • Manage our Intercom and Hubspot setup from the technical point of view.
  • Ensures our systems are connected by using tools such as Zapier and Google Apps Script and writing code.
  • Implement tracking in all sales activities at the user level so we can measure what works and what does not.
  • Build and maintain our KPI dashboards in Google Data Studio.
  • Build and maintain small tools such as our UTM spreadsheet
  • Reporting to the co-founder and CTO


  • A minimum BA/BSc degree in any relevant degree in science or business
  • Familiarity with tools such as Intercom, HubSpot, Salesforce or other CRM/Commercial systems
  • Have a technical and system mindset
  • Javascript and HTML skills (implementing tracing and system integrations)
  • Familiar with some of the following tools Zapier,, Google App Script, Segment, etc
  • Familiar with or experienced using BI tools such as Data Studio, Looker, Tableau, etc.
  • You might not be an SQL expert, but you are used to writing basic queries.
  • Ability to understand business problems, analyze them, and transform them into solutions.
  • High sense of detail and the ability to understand data.
  • Able to manage smaller projects by yourself.
