Job Description
We are looking for an Office Student Assistant to join our Office Management team working from our beautiful office in Copenhagen.
A day at the office
No two days are the same in this role. You will take care of different ad hoc tasks, and a workday could look like this:
You will start the day by picking up the daily post, greet your colleagues and maybe prepare yourself a nice cup of coffee/tea to get the day started right.
You will be responsible for our stock supplies. As part of this, you will ensure that all our office supplies stocks are updated and that they are filled up around the office everything from post-its and napkins to milk and snacks for our snack bar. If you can see that we are running out of anything, you will contact the supplier and get it delivered when needed.
Our Office Manager, Rebecca, might ask for your input on a product she’s considering getting for the office. You will research the price, the possible providers, and anything else worth considering and get back to Rebecca with your findings.
Later you will prepare swag-packages for new colleagues starting at Vivino a package with pens, notebooks, stickers, t-shirts, and other things to give them a great start.
Then you’ll take a walk around the office, talk to your colleagues, make sure everything looks nice and clean you might wipe off the coffee machine, sanitize door handles, help move a desk, or water the plants. An essential part of the job is to help Rebecca maintain the fantastic office environment that we have.
Before you take off in the afternoon, you might send out a package (e.g., the swag-packages you prepared earlier).

Open minded team player with at least one year left studying
In this position, you will be in contact with both external suppliers and coworkers from all across the organization. It requires that you are outgoing and have a positive, can-do attitude towards both people and tasks. We need someone who takes responsibility and action when an issue or challenge comes along, someone who gets things done and likes to have a lot of fun. You have a creative mindset and can think outside the box, and you are flexible (both when it comes to working hours and tasks).
Adding to the above, we hope to see that you have and can demonstrate:
- At least one year left of your education
- Excellent English skills both in writing and orally
- Experience from the hospitality or service industry is considered an advantage
The position is a part-time position with 15-20 working hours per week spread over at least two weekdays. We will plan your working days in advance and make the plan fit your study and exams.
