To support our growth journey, we continuously build out our Customer Success team so we can provide our customers with the support and attention needed to make their day work.

Imagine Tracy, who is the HR manager in a medium-sized hospitality business. She wants to make sure payroll is managed without mistakes. She also wants her staff to be onboarded smoothly. Or, let’s consider Alycia for a moment. Alycia is the central scheduling manager in a hospice. Her job is to staff the right people, with the right skills, at the right time and place. Both Tracy and Alycia are everyday heroes who make the day work for hundreds of people, and they both rely on Planday to do it. They deserve the best product support they can get.

We are now looking for 3xPart-time Customer Support Consultants who take pride in understanding the customer and can provide great support when the going gets tough. As our ideal candidate, you pride yourself on your emotional intelligence, team spirit and integrity. As a Customer Support Consultant at Planday, you will be responsible for:

  • Communicating with our customers from all our markets via telephone, online chat and email
  • Answering questions about how to use Planday and providing best practices for scheduling and administration
  • Testing and troubleshooting issues before passing them on to a second line of technical support
  • Forming the link between our customers and the product/engineering team behind our platform
  • Finding the best solutions for your customers and for your team, wherever your initiative takes you


Requirements

You are the right person for the job if you:

  • Are fluent in one or more of Danish, Swedish or Norwegian, with a strong command of English
  • Are available to work a flexible 64-80+ hours a month, across different day, evening and weekend shifts
  • Have experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment and can quickly adapt to changing circumstances
  • Have experience working with IT systems or are curious and a quick learner
  • Love helping people and setting a positive tone of communication
  • Are proactive, like problem-solving and can think outside of the box
  • Want to develop your customer service and technical skills within an innovative and international company
  • Believe that your best work comes in a team environment in a working space with good energy and enthusiasm

(It is a plus if you have experience using Planday from a previous workplace, and if you are familiar with several Scandinavian languages)
