We are looking for a kick-ass team player to join us as Student Assistant, Learning amp; Development in Copenhagen.
Your new team
Learning amp; Development is a new team within the growing People amp; Culture department. We are a group of dedicated team players who support the entire Vivino organization in day-to-day business and long-term strategies. We always support each other in different matters, both personally and professionally. And then we laugh together a lot!
In this role, you will be working very closely with our Learning amp; Development Partner, Ditte. Together, you will ensure that everyone in Vivino globally has access to a top-notch Lamp;D platform, Vivino Academy at all times. Vivino Academy is our platform to develop and train all employees across the business. Vivino Academy is hosted in the LMS Learningbank and is used for pre- amp; onboarding, soft-skill, compliance training, leadership training and much more. It is a work in progress with many opportunities to leave a positive mark.
A day at the Vivino office
You will plan, execute and clean the content in the Vivino Academy Platform. There are a variety of both small and large tasks in this work. One day you might run tests to make sure the content is correct, review training and development records, and identify the organization's training needs. Another day you might spend time ensuring that specific integrations are running smoothly and work directly with the platform support to fix issues.
Other days you will assist in planning and executing Lamp;D events and activities, both researching, setting up, sending out calendar invites, and ensuring that the technical setup is on point.
There will be busy periods where your testing abilities are in the front seat and other times where planning and executing are your top priorities. We hope to see you thrive in both!
Open-minded team player with at least one year left studying
You’ll be a great fit for the role if you have a positive, can-do attitude towards both people and tasks. You always pay strong attention to detail and you enjoy delivering a thoroughly tested product. We need someone who takes responsibility and action when an issue or challenge comes along; someone who gets things done and likes to have a lot of fun.
Adding to the above, we hope to see that you have and can demonstrate:
- At least one year left of your education
- Excellent English skills both in writing and orally
- An understanding of how integrations and embedding of content work
- An interest in Learning amp; Development
If you also embody the following qualities, we consider it an advantage - if not, we will teach you:
- Real world experience of Learning Management Systems and content providers such as Emtrain, LearningBank, Skillsoft and OpenSesame
- Working knowledge of API’s and using them to connect various de-centralised systems
- An ability to interface with various external support teams and tools to create a world-class, cohesive learning experience for our employees
The position is a part-time position with approx. 15 working hours per week spread over at least two weekdays. We will plan your working days in advance and make the plan fit your study and exams. There will be an option to work both remotely and in the office, but it is a requirement that you will be able to meet with the team in the Copenhagen office on a regular basis.
