Based in Copenhagen and reporting to the Success Team Lead, the Global Sponsorships Account Coordinator is responsible for overseeing onboarding support for a growing book of business of independent wineries as well as large wine groups globally. She or he will also coordinate with the Global Sponsorships Account Manager to manage and grow existing accounts as required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee onboarding for clients signed by our Global Sponsorships Team in our Dublin, Copenhagen and San Francisco offices. Responsibilities include liaising with the winery and getting assets, editing and refining videos, uploading editorial and photo content and coordinating the creation of sponsored email campaigns
- Collaborate with data and CRM teams as necessary to complete onboarding
- Coordinate with the Global Sponsorships Account Manager to manage and grow existing accounts
- Support the finance team with collections efforts
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- 3-5 years of account management experience
- Strong relationship building skills with an ability to grow and nurture
- Experience with video/photo-editing and strong copywriting skills in English
- Experience implementing brand marketing campaigns, including email campaigns
- Technical aptitude across reporting systems
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Experience working towards a retention rate goal and exceeding it
- Ability to work effectively with teams spanning various countries and time zones
- Ability to work efficiently and juggle multiple time-sensitive onboarding cases
