Job Description

There is clearly more to a job than where do I sit - It’s about culture, it’s about social connections. It’s about helping each other become productive team members. That is why the Goodiebox employee-journey is a journey of growth. As the company grows, we want you to grow, contribute and develop with it. We take pride in each individual contributing in their distinct way - it is not just about where you are, but also where you want to go in your career - we want to go there with you!

We are seeking a structured, data-driven and analytical Growth Performance Analyst to join our Group Growth team to take our Growth efforts to the next level. As a hyper-growth subscription service, member acquisition and increased customer lifetime value are essential to our continuous growth, and constantly maximizing our growth efforts across the entire marketing funnel, channels, revenue streams, and markets are key to our success. To take our growth to the next level, we need to upscale the way we work with data, documentation, intelligence and reporting - and this is where YOU come into the picture.

The Growth Analyst will be the owner of daily analytics and reporting for the Group Growth Team and Local Markets - ensuring that we always have the data and insights at hand to understand how our experiments, campaigns and performance is doing. You will be responsible for reporting on KPIs, growth analysis and dashboarding of marketing data from various sources including GoogleAnalytics, GoogleAds, Facebook Manager, Segment and other pre-cleaned customer datasets. Furthermore, you will create the global reporting frameworks across all commercial teams in close collaboration with the BI Team- ensuring the teams spend as little time needed to dig for data and more time on taking decisions based on condensed insights to execute on new growth initiatives. You will further serve as the primary touchpoint with our BI team and you will be a primary stakeholder for the commercial teams and responsible for prioritization of analysis tasks in agreement with the Director of Growth.

  • Analysis and reporting on growth performance and experiments (and build the infrastructure for it) and ensuring cross-team knowledge sharing
  • Create the infrastructure empowering local and central growth managers to efficiently analyse data to derive hypothesis and insights for ongoing growth experiments and day to day performance
  • Responsible for ensuring access to transparent insights that covers the entire funnel (from awareness to retention)
  • Spar and align with the BI team to get the needed support and ensure insights are aligned with growth campaigns and objectives
