At the core of Planday’s engine is a Sales team that drives the continual scaling of our business and our product, and behind every great sales team. is a Revenue Operations division that ensures top-of-the-range tooling, methodology, data and processes.

As we continue to expand across Europe and the UK, Director of Revenue Operations Karolis Dumbrovas is now hiring for an experienced Sales Operations Manager who will help lay the foundation for Planday's growth. For the right candidate, we are open to applications in both London and Copenhagen.

As our new Sales Operations Manager, you will:
  • Own and implement sales tools and processes, with a focus on improving efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity
  • Develop best practices to align data quality and maintain data integrity within customer records - in Salesforce and other systems
  • Manage cross-functional sales operations projects that align with Planday’s strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with the finance team to facilitate projects including pricing and billing changes, and various ongoing high-value deals
  • Provide support for end-user technical or process questions in Salesforce, Salesloft and other systems managed by Sales Operations
  • Participate in sales team meetings to support the needs of sales employees and identify/conduct training when needed
  • Develop and lead sales monthly performance reviews and present feedback to senior sales leadership
  • Manage, develop, track and calculate sales commissions
  • Manage the day-to-day aspects of Sales Operations - reporting, discounts, pricing arrangements, review meetings, process feedback, and appropriate business partnering with Marketing and Customer Success stakeholders

Requirements

As our ideal candidate, you possess some clear technical qualifications:

  • 5+ years of overall working experience, including strategic planning
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar sales operations role within the SaaS industry (including formulation and calculation of sales commissions, analysis of sales performance metrics, assessment and adoption of sales methodologies)
  • Salesforce expertise creating reports, managing dashboards and optimizing processes (at Planday, the technical implementation aspects of Salesforce are owned by a separate systems team)
  • At least a Bachelor's degree, in a relevant field

In addition, you have:

  • Confidence speaking to groups and high-level professionals, particularly in presentation of data and other improvement-focused findings to senior management stakeholders
  • An independent, curious nature and a genuine love for numbers, processes and structures
  • The ability to balance analysis and results with collaborative, social working practice in an international environment (you will need to be energetic and take learning and inspiration from engagement across the organization)
  • Experience managing various level/cross-functional stakeholders
