Product Owner

We are looking for a Product Owner to manage our product development processes from A-Z.

You'll be the squid between our Customer Success, Design, QA and Engineering department, connecting all the dots and making sure our product development across our 4 products keeps moving fast and builds a truly worldclass SaaS product.

As a Product Manager you'll work with 4 different products within our Event Management Suite:

• Event Planning SaaS (Core Event Planning features, Event CRM, Programme Builder, Emailing, Collaboration)
• Event Website amp; Registration (a complete white-label website builder with various registration flows - ticketing amp; RSVP)
• Virtual Event Platform (a complete web-based virtual platform with video capabilities)
• Check-in App (a complete check-in app we sell to customers for on the day support)

• Owning the backlog of feature requests across Tame's four products
• Planning the sprint with tech leads of each individual team
• Communicating with QA, Engineering amp; Customer Success to ensure bugs are fixed fast
• Coordinate with QA, ensuring features developed and bugs that are fixed have been approved by QA
• Ensure that when we release things it complies with the specification (assisted by QA)
• Communicating on a daily basis with our Engineering Team, Customer Success amp; Design
• Creating reports on weekly product sprints and owning them from start to finish
• Sending weekly amp; monthly updates to entire team about new product releases
• Creating content and video material together with Customer Success about new product functionalities

• Keeping track of all notifications on all bugs, tasks, etc. and taking action when needed.
• Pick up and take action on every feature amp; bug being discussed and reported
• Update internally and coordinate with Customer Success about scheduled maintenance or other service disruption/changes
• Assist Tame's product manager with reporting (KPIs, statuses)

Requirements

• Your have previous experience within a similar Product Owner/Product Manager role
• You are incredibly structured and have incredibly strong communication skills.
• You are a natural Project Manager and have a good ability at connecting the dots in a fast paced environment
• You have a natural interest in product development
• You are very detailed oriented and diligent in your daily work
• You have a very strong work discipline.
• You work independently and meet deadlines
• You are fluent in English in writing and speech
